About the role
Credvia is a digital lending platform headquartered in Mumbai, providing working-capital loans to small businesses through partnerships with NBFCs. Our loan origination and servicing systems process several thousand applications daily, with bureau, banking and GST data pulled in real time. We are hiring backend engineers for the origination team, working on TypeScript services where correctness has regulatory weight: an eligibility miscalculation is not a cosmetic bug. You should be rigorous about idempotency, auditing and failure handling in third-party integrations. Hybrid working, three days at our Lower Parel office.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain TypeScript services in the loan origination flow
- Integrate bureau, banking and GST data providers with robust failure handling
- Ensure idempotency and full audit trails on money-adjacent operations
- Write integration tests covering partner API edge cases
- Participate in design reviews and production on-call
- Work with compliance on data-retention and consent requirements
