About the role
Nidaan Health operates a diagnostics platform connecting 300 partner labs across South India with doctors and patients, handling booking, sample tracking and digital report delivery. Our Hyderabad engineering team maintains the Django backbone that moves close to 20,000 reports daily. We are hiring backend developers to work on lab integrations, report parsing pipelines and the notification stack. Healthcare data carries privacy obligations, so care with access control and logging is non-negotiable and reviewed. You should have production Django experience and the patience to work with lab systems that behave inconsistently. On-site at our Banjara Hills office.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Django services for booking and report delivery
- Integrate partner lab systems with defensive parsing and validation
- Enforce access controls and audit logging on patient data paths
- Maintain the notification stack across SMS, WhatsApp and email
- Write tests for edge cases lab integrations regularly produce
- Support go-lives of new partner labs with the operations team
