About the role
Fibretel Networks provides fibre broadband to homes and businesses across West Bengal and Odisha, with a Kolkata head office and 22 field offices. We are hiring Administration and Facilities Executives to support this growing network. You will handle office upkeep and vendor coordination for the head office and nearby field offices, manage SIM and asset issuance for field engineers, process vendor invoices with accounts, and coordinate office openings in new towns including fit-outs and utility connections. Two to four years of admin experience and willingness to travel within the region twice a month are expected.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate housekeeping, security and utility vendors for assigned offices
- Manage asset issuance and recovery for field staff including devices and tools
- Process vendor bills and track admin expenses against budget
- Support new office openings with fit-out and utility coordination
- Maintain rental agreement and compliance records for field offices
- Arrange logistics for regional meetings and training sessions
