About the role
Nidaan Health's patient app handles diagnostic bookings, payments and medical report access for users across South India, so a broken flow can mean a missed test or an unreadable report. We are hiring a QA engineer in Hyderabad to own quality for the Android and iOS apps: release testing, device-matrix coverage on real hardware, and API verification against staging labs. The role is mostly structured manual testing today, with an expectation that you will automate the stable regression flows over your first year. Healthcare or fintech app testing experience is preferred. On-site at Banjara Hills.
Responsibilities
- Own release test cycles for the patient app on Android and iOS
- Maintain the device matrix and test on real low-end handsets
- Verify booking, payment and report flows against staging labs
- Automate stable regression flows progressively
- Reproduce field issues reported by customer support
- Sign off releases with a documented risk summary
