About the role
Nivara Tech Solutions' analytics practice delivers reporting and BI modernisation for enterprise clients. Our Pune team is consolidating a European manufacturer's reporting estate, retiring hundreds of legacy reports into governed Power BI workspaces on Azure. We are hiring Power BI developers who go beyond visuals: robust semantic models, DAX that performs on large datasets, deployment pipelines and workspace governance. You will interview business users to rationalise duplicated reports, a diplomatic exercise as much as a technical one. Hybrid with two days a week at the Hinjawadi campus; occasional calls in European hours.
Responsibilities
- Design semantic models and write performant DAX for large datasets
- Rebuild legacy reports into governed Power BI workspaces
- Set up deployment pipelines and workspace access standards
- Interview business users to consolidate duplicated reporting
- Tune refresh schedules and gateway configurations
- Document models so client teams can self-serve after handover
