About the role

Amrutva Foods manufactures and distributes traditional sweets, namkeen and packaged snacks across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujarat through 200-plus distributors and modern trade accounts. The sales function runs on a distributor management system whose data is underused, and we are hiring an analyst in Indore to change that. You will own secondary sales reporting, scheme utilisation analysis and the monthly sales review pack, moving the team off fragile spreadsheets onto Power BI. This suits someone who has done MIS or sales analytics in FMCG or distribution-led businesses and can chase down why two reports disagree. On-site at our Palasia head office.

Responsibilities

  • Own daily and monthly secondary sales reporting from the DMS
  • Analyse scheme utilisation and distributor performance
  • Build Power BI dashboards for zone and area sales managers
  • Reconcile DMS figures with dispatch and billing data
  • Prepare the monthly sales review pack for leadership
  • Train area managers to read and query their dashboards
