About the role
Saarthi Freight's Nagpur office anchors our central-India operations, coordinating loads across the Vidarbha and Madhya Pradesh lanes. We are hiring operations analysts to keep the network honest with numbers: lane profitability, operator reliability scoring, detention analysis and daily fulfilment dashboards. The work is SQL and Excel first, Power BI for anything the operations heads consume weekly. You will sit with the operations team, which means your analysis gets challenged by people who know the lanes personally; the right candidate enjoys that. One to three years in analytics or MIS roles, ideally in logistics, transport or supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily fulfilment and lane performance dashboards
- Analyse lane profitability and operator reliability trends
- Investigate detention and delay patterns with operations managers
- Build Power BI reports for weekly operations reviews
- Clean and reconcile data across the TMS and finance extracts
- Support monthly business reviews with prepared analysis
