About the role
Sahyadri Capital Services is a Pune-based non-banking financial company offering vehicle and small-business loans through 85 branches across Maharashtra and Karnataka. The management reporting function is moving from spreadsheet packs to Power BI, and we are hiring a BI analyst to lead that transition. You will own the semantic model over our loan management system's database, build dashboards for collections, disbursement and branch performance, and train regional managers to use them. This suits someone who enjoys turning operational questions into reliable numbers and can hold their ground when a branch disputes the data. On-site at our Shivajinagar head office.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the Power BI semantic model over the LMS database
- Deliver dashboards for disbursement, collections and branch performance
- Reconcile dashboard figures against finance month-end numbers
- Train regional and branch managers on self-service reporting
- Manage refresh schedules and report access controls
- Document metric definitions so disputes end at the glossary
