About the role

Kridha Infotech's client services division supports international SMB clients who increasingly ask for reporting alongside their applications. We are building a small analytics pod in Indore and hiring business analysts who can sit between the client and our developers: gathering reporting requirements, writing the SQL themselves for straightforward asks, and building Power BI dashboards on databases our teams already maintain. You will handle three to four client accounts with weekly calls in UK evening hours. This role suits analysts from services backgrounds who like variety over depth in a single domain and communicate precisely in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document reporting requirements from client stakeholders
  • Write SQL against client application databases for reports and extracts
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards across client accounts
  • Run weekly review calls with clients in UK-overlap hours
  • Translate ambiguous requests into scoped, estimated work items
  • Maintain a requirements traceability sheet per account

Required skills

  • SQL
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Power BI
  • Data Analysis
  • Communication Skills

About the company

Kridha Infotech

IT Services · 1001-5000 employees · Hyderabad

Kridha Infotech provides application modernisation, quality engineering and managed cloud operations from its campus in Hyderabad's HITEC City, with a secondary centre in Visakhapatnam. Clients are mainly mid-sized US and Indian enterprises in insurance, logistics and utilities. Delivery teams follow a stable-team model, so engineers stay with one account for at least a year rather than rotating monthly. The company hires heavily from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh engineering colleges and runs a 12-week paid bootcamp for junior developers before client allocation.
